Refund policy
ettea.services have a 30-day return policy, which means customers may request a product fee refund up to 30 days after receiving their service.
To receive a product fee refund or to ask questions regarding product fee refunds, please contact us at hello@ettea.services.
After receiving a product fee refund request, our customer service team will pre-assess the request and forward a pre-accepted request to our IT experts, who then give a final decision.
Product fee refund requests need to meet the following requirements:
- The product has been successfully purchased and ettea.services have received the product fee
- Our experts were unable to fulfil the tasks included in the purchased product or the customer was dissatisfied with the completed task
When sending a product fee refund request, please include: First name, Last name, Company, Order number, Date of the online meeting, Reason for a refund request, and Payment details.
If the product fee refund request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit or debit card which may take up to 30 days. You will receive the refund within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
The product fee refund requests will be disapproved if:
- The product tasks are completed based on the customer's instructions and agreement during the initial consultation

- You experience technical issues before, during or after our professionals finish the task
- The service received was different from what you believe we've agreed upon
- You were dissatisfied with our service
- Have a relevant reason to obtain a product fee refund
